We have been busy busy busy at the new house - and have a number of new animal arrivals!
First of all, the poultry collection has re-commenced and we have around 15 hens now as part of the ever-extending family. Having owned Marans and Welsummers before, we are trying a few new breeds too. So far we have a small collection of Lohmann Brown (hybrid, very productive layers), Light Sussex, Pekins, Araucanas and ... two welsummers!

At Crufts 2016, NEC Birmingham, not only did James - Sh Ch Lourdace Fulcrum JW - make breed history, but he made all of our dreams come true, too.

Later in the day he exceeded every expectation, pulled out all the stops and claimed the top spot in the Gundog Group! To say we were proud, amazed, t...Read Full Post »

We were very pleased to qualify James to get him there!
